Two More Reasons Why Long Beach & Lakewood Is The Best Place To Live and Buy Real Estate!

Allison Van Wig To Participate in Long Beach Bike Festival This Saturday – May 8th
LONG BEACH - There will be plenty of competitive fun beginning Friday, May 7th through Sunday, May 9th as thousands of spectators and more than a thousand bicyclists gather for the Second Annual Long Beach Bike Festival.
A new event added this year is the Tour of Long Beach (, which begins at 8 a.m. Saturday where amateur cyclists and bicycle enthusiasts of all skill levels will ride on a four-mile family fun ride OR … a 30-mile open course along bike paths throughout the city. I will be riding the 30 mile and I need all the encouragement I can get! Come out and cheer us on …
All proceeds from the event will go to Miller Children's, and the Tour of Long Beach will have an opportunity to give back to the community. Last March, Long Beach Bike Festival Director Mark Bixby said "The Tour of Long Beach is an opportunity for the entire community to come together and support Miller Children's Hospital and the tens of thousands of patients whose lives are made better because of their services".
